If you're supporting a refugee or a care leaver who may benefit from our employment service, you can refer them to us directly. This includes leaving care teams, personal advisers, social workers, charities and other organisations. Our eligibility criteria are on the Support page.
Once you've referred someone, we contact them directly. In line with our Data & Safeguarding page, we tell you only whether they have joined our service and whether they have started work.

Where a candidate agrees, we may tell you that they are a care leaver or a refugee. We will always ask for their consent first.
