All our staff have enhanced DBS checks, which allows us to work with both young people and adults.

Data collected through our application process is kept in a secure and encrypted location. We collect only the information we need to support you in finding work.
We share your information with an employer only where it is needed for a job application, such as your CV, your work experience and your contact details. Where it would help your application, we may also tell an employer that you are a care leaver or a refugee. We will always ask for your consent first, and we will not share this information if you say no.
If someone referred you to us, such as a personal adviser, social worker or another organisation, we will tell you what we share with them. By default we let them know only whether you have joined our service and whether you have started work, and we share anything further only with your agreement.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or to have it deleted by emailing info@support2work.com.
